Elderly Services Day
On 8th December, twenty-six Form 4 students went to visit the elderly in Ping Shek Estate. The activity was held by the Wind Shield Charitable. The aim of the activity was to give warmth and promote the environmental friendly practices to the elderly who live alone. The students were divided into four groups and each group had to visit 4 to 5 single elderly. Students found the visit rewarding and meaningful.
“After this visit, I think everyone should have the responsibility to care about the elderly in the society. Giving them money is not the best way to help them, whereas showing them our care is a better way to make them feel loved. “
