On 12th July, F.4 students visited the library of HKUST. On that day, HKUST student ambassadors and library officers introduced the facilities and services to us. Firstly, we visited rooms that are reserved for group discussion. In these rooms, projectors and electronic blackboard were provided so as to help students discuss their homework more conveniently. 3D printers, poster printers, and film pre-production and post-editing computers were also available for students to finish their projects.

　　　Secondly, we explored its cutting-edge facilities. For instance, there were electronic bookshelves which can be moved to increase the storage of the library. This smart design greatly expands the library's collection. We were also fascinated by spectacular sea views and the scenic environment. Finally, we visited another extraordinary area, a refreshment corner. Eating and drinking were allowed and refreshments are provided during exams to cheer up students. We broadened our horizons and benefited a lot from this activity. We look forward to our next visit soon.
