The 3Days , 2Nights leadership training camp enhances potential St. Ants’ Girls’ capabilities through :
adventurous activities to sharpen their leadership and communication skills including
Icebreaking session , Team building , Personal breakthrough and Self-care training .
1. Skills – develop awareness and judgement to do a good job with the group members .
2. Adventure – apply the experience to guide others in trying something new and pushing their boundaries.
3. Grasp the opportunity - build capacities and cooperation among participants from different backgrounds
4. Challenges and obstacles - achieve personal breakthrough
