7 July - Reflecting Christ's Love: Nurturing Charity and Dignity of Life Through Film
Jesus once taught us: "Love one another as I love you." (John 15:12). This selfless love is a core value we strive to cultivate in our school community. To that end, our school's Religious Education Team and Student Support Team collaborated to arrange a special screening of the film "The Way We Talk" (看我今天怎麼說) for our students on July 7, 2025. The aim was to help students deeply understand and practice Christian charity and the teachings of respecting life.

Through the movie, students not only had the opportunity to glimpse the daily lives of the deaf community but also gained a deeper understanding of their experiences in striving to integrate into mainstream society. This viewing experience prompted students to reflect on their own relationship with vulnerable groups in society, inspiring empathy for different life circumstances.

This event was highly successful. Students' empathy significantly improved, and they learned to treat everyone in need with more genuine care and respect. This perfectly aligns with Jesus' teachings, encouraging us to put God's love into action and spread love and care throughout our school and wider community.
