This year, our school's Careers and Guidance Team recruited 31 Form 4 and Form 6 students to participate in the YDC School-Company Partnership. Since November, a series of workshops have been run every Saturday at the school by the partner company, MTR Corporation Limited. On 20 December 2008, the company ambassadors invited Mr James Cheung Pak Keung, the executive director of Lo's Enviro-Pro Holdings Limited, to come to our school to share his story of success.

Mr. Cheung was assigned the duties of a cleaner when he first entered the company after graduating from university. He did not mind since he wanted to know more about the work of the junior staff in his company. Due to his perseverance, strong will and diligence, he became the executive director five years later. During the sharing, he was asked questions about his personal philosophy of life, family background, how he overcame the problem of dignity when he worked as a cleaner. Mr. Cheung shared his inspiring experiences and encouraged our students to have a positive attitude towards life. He reminded our students not to mind about being in a humble position of work as they will succeed one day.

Mr. Cheung brought a heartwarming and encouraging real life story to our students, who have found that the workshop has given them a new perspective on life and work.
