

In the assembly held on 19th February, Miss Sitt from the Guidance Team shared with the students how to deal with stress. She suggested that a deep breath is useful for releasing tension. We can also think of the picture of a place where we find it comfortable to stay when we feel stressed. This can stabilize our emotion so that we can regain energy and faith to face challenges positively. If we handle our stress in the correct way, it can actually have a positive effect on us so that we will be more optimistic facing problems.
Furthermore, the Careers Guidance Team shared with us some learning strategies and exam skills for the exams next month. Having a balanced diet and healthy life style can make our study more effective.
