The Moral and Civic Education Team of our school participated in the Competition for The Olympics Education Promotional Programme Design organised by the Education Bureau. We won a merit award in the competition and gained the opportunity of visiting Beijing and watching some Olympic events.

During the past few months, we launched many activities for this competition. For example, we went on a picnic with some mentally disabled people and their families, and joined the Olympics 200 Days Countdown. We also organized a lyrics writing competition and a bulletin board decoration competition for junior form students which displayed interesting information about the Olympics. All these activities helped teachers and students become more aware of the meaningful event which is going to be held in Beijing in August.
