In this month of October, dedicated to the Holy Rosary, we ponder with Mary the mysteries of our salvation, and we ask the Lord to help us grow in our understanding of the marvellous things he has done for us. As a concluding rite for this month, the Catholic Society of our school organized the Procession of Our Lady on 31st October 2007. We all gathered in front of the shrines of Holy Mary in the playground early in the morning. The procession started with Our Lady being paraded by a group of catholic students all in white dresses. Teachers and students sang hymns, said the rosary and presented flowers to show their respect to our heavenly mother. The ceremony ended after the procession had walked round the school campus once so that we would be full of grace and be able to excel ourselves throughout this year.
