On 23^rd January, 2008, all students were very excited to enjoy an English pantomime, “The Legend of Mulan”, presented by the renowned educational drama team– Chunky Onion.

After a warm welcome and introduction by our English Society representatives, the drama started. The lively expressions, creative use of language and interactive atmosphere greatly motivated our students to participate actively in the show. Our students also had chances to conduct an interview and share their thoughts with the drama team after the show.

Undoubtedly, this fruitful and enjoyable experience has significantly enhanced student appreciation of different kinds of performances in English. A number of English activities are going to be held in future and it is hoped that all students will seize the opportunity to learn English in a pleasurable way.
