Christmas is coming. The school will have a celebration on 21st December 2006. On that day, the programme will start in the School Hall. A nativity play will be performed to remember the birth of Jesus Christ who came to this world to save us. The Student Union will also organize a variety show for entertainment. Some parents will come to share the joy with us. Then students will have their classroom celebration with classmates and teachers. While celebrating, we need to remember the poor and the needy. Try to be cautious and thoughtful in planning our festive celebration. It is important not to waste food as there are still many people who are living on the verge of hunger and poverty. We hope that these people can somehow enjoy the festivalˇ¦s warmth and joy. |
Christmas holidays will begin on 22nd December 2006. It is a good time to relax. At the same time, you also need to pay attention to your studies. You finished your first term examination two weeks ago and teachers have already discussed the results with you. Try to build on your strengths and improve your weaknesses. May I suggest that you should read more during the holidays to enrich yourselves? Let me remind you that there will be sharing sessions for you to present what you have read in the second term. In addition, there will be lots of exciting activities waiting for you when you come back. Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! |
