Twenty five form four students went to Chinese Cuisine Training Institute (CCTI) in Pokfulam on 3rd March 2007.
CCTI is a school which provides courses of Chinese cuisine and general tourism training. The students of CCTI gave us a guided tour of the school. We attended a talk about the school and visited different parts of it, for example the kitchen, the Chinese restaurant and the hotel room.
The CCTI students demonstrated what they have learnt in lessons, like how to make the Chinese hand-pulled noodles, fruit cravings and how to serve in a restaurant. At the same time, our students learnt a lot of new things and even had a chance to try what they had just learnt on that day. Our students have surely broadened their horizons.
