Dear Lord,

We start our exams this week. The Form three students start their exams today.

Thank you for the knowledge we have gained and all the experiences of this year. We come to you on this day and ask for the understanding to benefit from all the riches we have been given.

Please fill us with your wisdom as we prepare for the exams, guiding our studies, and giving us insight so that we can perform to the best of our ability. Grant us the strength to handle the pressure of the final exams. We have so many tests in life. Help us not to take the coming exams too seriously or too lightly. Let us keep in mind what is truly important, even as we focus our time and energy on these exams. May we feel the peace that comes from knowing that we did all that we could.

God, inspire us to care for our minds and bodies with rest, good food and plenty of water so that we can give of our best in the exams that we are about to take. And then, grant us peace in accepting the results, whatever they may be.

Lord, hear our prayer!
