Dear Lord,

Easter is coming. Thank you for this wonderful time of gratitude for our lives, and for the love and forgiveness which you have for all of us.

It is a time of great sorrow, for the treatment given to Jesus the Christ by ordinary people, who did not have the courage to speak the truth and stand up for their beliefs.

On the other hand, it is also a time of great joy, that ignorance and cruelty were not allowed to triumph, and that He arose again from the dead in order to give us all Hope.

This is the meaning of Easter. We should rejoice that we are given a new start, a new chance to be the very best that we can be.Please help us to treasure this precious opportunity.

Lord, hear our prayer!
