Dear Lord,

We thank you for granting us the grace to start a new year. Let us make full use of every day you give us to love and serve you. Guide us to love one another as you have loved us.

Please help our students to work hard and concentrate well in their studies. They will receive their report cards on the Parents' Day this coming Sunday. Parents will have the opportunity to discuss with the teachers the weaknesses and strengths of their daughters. Please enlighten the minds of our students so that they can build on their strengths and overcome their weaknesses and their achievements can reflect the best of their abilities.

Dear Lord, we would also like to pray for World peace. You sent your son Jesus Christ to the Earth to save us. Help us to remove hatred, jealousy, greed, selfishness and the desire for revenge. Please unite all nations so that we can live harmoniously in this world.

Lord, hear our prayer!
