The ˇ§Support Measures for Exceptionally Gifted Students Schemeˇ¨ of the EMB jointly organizes training programmes, with local higher education institutions, for gifted students, to help them to fulfil their potential. I am happy to report to you that Yeung Kit Ting, who is now studying in F.4B, has successfully completed two courses: Film Arts and Social Culture, run by Hong Kong Baptist University, and English Creative Writing, run by the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She participated in various kinds of learning activities, such as seminars, workshops, film shows, and shooting and editing of short films, to strengthen her generic skills and broaden her horizons. The universities will award credits and course certificates to her for her excellent performance, and the prize presentation ceremony will take place on 30th September 2006. Congratulations to her!
