The English Society prepared some activities to tie in with Halloween. There was the traditional haunted house, which the committee members spent immense time and effort decorating and designing. Students were required to complete a task before entering the haunted house; either saying tongue twisters or sorting out scrambled words. Another activity was the ghost story writing competition. The most creative and interesting piece will be awarded a prize. Many students, especially from the junior forms, participated enthusiastically in these activities.
