Our first staff development day was scheduled on the last day of September this year. This inspiring and thought-provoking workshop on ‘School Self-evaluation, External Review and Sustainability’ was co-organized by the Hong Kong Institute of Educational Research of the ChineseUniversity of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Centre for the Development of Educational Leadership and the Curriculum Development Team of our school. Through the discussions and sharing, we now definitely have a deeper understanding of the External Review requirements and how we should conduct our self-evaluation this year.
